1 Bank Street Fit Out

One Bank Street is a 27-storey office building at the western end of the Canary Wharf Estate.

The client, a French multinational bank company headquartered in Paris, is the sixth largest banking group in Europe. We were appointed to design the security for their eight floors of office space.

A high-level integrated security system was required, which we were able to design using our 2D CAD services. QCIC implemented an automated access control system (AACS) and CCTV system with high resolution images. A command and control room ensures high-level security monitoring. We also ensured that our work and the building met BREEAM standards, the world’s leading sustainability assessment method for master-planning projects, infrastructure and buildings.
