Canary Wharf shopping mall

Canary Wharf in London was once one of the busiest docks in the world. Now the site of many of the city’s tallest buildings, it is a major business district and one of the UK’s main financial centres.

The area has undergone major redevelopment, part of which was the extension of the Canary Wharf shopping mall, where unused parking areas were transformed into retail space.

QCIC was appointed to design the security for the extended area of the mall. Our plans detailed camera locations that would allow access points to be monitored, and specified which doors required access controls. These areas were then monitored by Canary Wharf’s existing central control hub.
