Global financial services company – C.CURE 800 to 9000 conversion

The client appointed QCIC as their preferred partner to migrate the data from a legacy system to a new system in order to fulfill their IT and internal audit requirements.

A requirement of the project was that it should be completed in a very short period.
QCIC smart tools were used to complete the programming. Without these, the project would not have been completed on time. We successfully upgraded and migrated more than 50 controllers, 800 readers and 5 000 card holders from the previous C.CURE 800 to the new C.CURE 9000 system.

The QCIC team was able to reduce the time for data migration by 50% due to our efficient professional services and project management. This time-saving reduced the overall cost of the project. No major impact to the business’s daily operations was reported and security operators were able to seamlessly transition from the legacy system to C.CURE 9000. At the end of the site migration, all as-installed and completion documentation was handed over to the client.
