Our client, a British multinational asset-management company with offices in 27 countries, appointed QCIC to design the security for their London offices located on a site of historical importance in the heart of London. The building offers column-free interiors and various private roof gardens and terraces.

The scope of work required a future-proofed, fully integrated system for the entire building that would not become outdated as technology advances.

Using our bespoke 2D CAD software, we produced a detailed plan for the security design that was then implemented in the building. This included an automated access control system, CCTV surveillance system with high-res images, a command and control room, an emergency refuge room, and a radio communication system.

We also ensured that the building and our work met BREEAM environmental assessment standards.
