Sited adjacent to the Tower of London, of this 93-year-old Grade II listed heritage building was refurbished by Reignwood Investments to appointed architect Aukett Swanke’s design, which balanced the historic, neo classical stately architecture against the requirements for contemporary internal luxury and exuberance.
Formerly the headquarters of the Port of London Authority, the building was badly damaged during World War II. It was renovated in the 1970s as an office block, and was recently refurbished for a prestigious development that now accommodates an eclectic mix of high-end residential apartments, a luxury Four Seasons Hotel, leisure/spa facilities, a private members’ club and fine dining restaurants.
QCIC’s services extended to providing full access control, video surveillance and voice communication systems.
